If you get writers with a similar writing style to yourself then having a multi-author blog could work and keep working. Personally I would prefer to write a blog on my own to keep it simple. When being the sole author in our blog, it is easy to build a brand around ourselves. When introducing new authors, we should try to shift the focus from us to the blog.
