		<description>I find intra-page navigation to be kind of silly personally.  If a page is so long that it requires additional navigation then it is better served being split into multiple pages.

Its the same practical approach that results in books being bound at the spine instead of being printed off a continuous roll.

The only passable application is in terms of FAQs and such long delimited lists, but these days a better approach is to employ dynamically collapsable sections for those too.</description>
