May 2009: Shout to the Sponsors

I just wanted to extend a thank you to all our sponsors. They all provide terrific services for bloggers, web publishers and online entrepreneurs, so make sure to visit their websites.

NetPartner: NetPartner is one of the leading affiliate networks on the Internet. If you are trying to monetize your blog or website, I recommend you to try them out. Apart from a user friendly interface and a wide range of offers, they are also expanding internationally and incorporating new services and features all the time.

Searchles: This company provides a really cool widget for bloggers and web publishers that will display related content on your blog. You could place it below you single posts, for example, to offer your readers a list of related articles. The advantage of the Searchles widget is that your articles will also get featured on their website, which could send both traffic and SEO juice your way. The widget is free, and it works with Blogger, WordPress and TypePad, so check it out.

Romow: Romow is a premium web directory where you are able to find quality websites on any topic. If you have your own blog or website, you can also list your URL on their site (costs $45) to get some traffic and search engine juice. Web directory submission is about quality and not quantity, and that is what Romow provides.

FreshBooks: Whether you are a blogger, web designer or freelance writer, sooner or later you will need to invoice someone for advertising or for your services. FreshBooks is the easiest way to do this, and by using their service you will also make sure that your invoices are correct and professional looking. The service is free for up to 3 clients, so test it out right now.

Doreo Hosting: A long time sponsor, Doreo is also the company that provides the web hosting for all my blogs and websites. Facts speak louder than words right? Just browse around the site and see how fast it loads.

Writer4Me: Are you lacking time to write on your blogs? Do you want to get an ebook done but don’t have time to create it? Writer4Me is a popular ghostwriting service that can help you with those problems. Basic articles start at 5, and for $99 monthly they can keep your blog active with 3 fresh blog posts per week.

I like how you promote your sponsors like this and benefit both the sponsors and your readers at the same time doing so.

As I hadn’t heard about most of these, I got new additions to my services-to-check-and-compare list.

    Nice resources.
A couple of them proved to be very helpful and am planning to sign up for them.
About writer4me, I just wonder, how much outsourcing happens these days. With such services out there online, a lot of the stuff that we read everyday and appreciate the authors for are just ghostwriters’ material.

Nice info. Searchles seems to be interesting. Currently Google search is the only option for me. The question is how effective Searchles is. Guess I’ll have to try it out myself to figure it out.

Have to show love to the sponsors. I know alot of use couldn’t make a living without them. I always visit my bookmarked sponsors (if that makes sense), do as to other aas you want done to you. Plus I always find some pretty cool stuff, like the grammer check service. Boy what a life saver.
