There are lots of screen casts and tutorials and once you start to get a hang of all it can do you will rarely even reach of your keyboard. Wow! Now I really don't ever have to get a Mac. (Actually have a MacBook in my office but my wife mainly usses it and I for cross browser cheking of designs.) Update:

It has great syntax highlighting and works with a variety of text based document types.
