		<description>They are including a follow link to the destination page (it&#039;s the actual link). Also, the DiggBar is noindexed, so I&#039;m not sure if they&#039;re trying to outrank the destination sites in SERPs.

But overall, I hear you on link juice - the links on the bar to digg.com pages far outnumber those to the source pages.</description>
