Most People dont link their wordpress site to google analytics… it is vital for everyone to do so. with google analytics and google webmaster tools you can track every step a customer is doing on your site. you can decrease bounce rate and increase sales/engegemant.

I think it is wise to have a feedback form on every single page of your content (even without the necessity to put in the email address – only a text form field and a submit button) just to encourage people to write you something.
